We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Job Responsibilities: Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional material; planning trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports. This position will also be responsible for managing the telemarketing department to improve performance and enhance efficiencies.
General Job Duties:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives.
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies and lead generators.
- Tracks product line sales and costs.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, relays customer service requests.
- Plans trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; developing schedules and assignments.
- Monitors budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the executive team.
- Website Coordination including but not limited to; monitoring, responding and seeking online reviews.
- Ensures the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Lead team meetings to educate and coach team members on performance metrics.
- Assist executive management team in identifying trends and enhancing call center goals.
- Ensuring the telemarketing team members are achieving desired goals and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably marketing or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- Experience with MarketSharp and/or BuilderTrend a plus (Not Required)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager/Measure Technician for our window division with at least 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Job Description:
- Communicate with new customers (post sale) to establish a connection with our production department and follow the life cycle of the project from start to finish to include job site visits as needed to ensure seamless execution of daily installation activities and manage shifting workload as business dictates
- Responsible for onsite assessment of all projects to include technical measurements and product specification requirements for the job and scope of work.
- Schedule measures, deliveries of product, and Installation
- Apply and track all permits required for project
- Create pre-cast for material and labor estimates and monitor projected profit of each contract
- Submit and Track Orders with Manufacturers
- Must be able to keep projects on task and completed in a timely manner
Qualifications / Skills:
- Organized
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
- Advanced Time Management and planning skills
- Flexibility when new tasks arise and maintain current responsibilities
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Initiative-taker, able to see areas that may need improvement and make suggestions to do such
- Experience with Builder Trend software a plus but not required!
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 Years Administrative Assistant Experience Required
- Window/Door Installation experience is a definite plus for this position
- Experience in a construction/home remodeling company preferred but not required
