My husband and I had STL Windows Direct come out and replace our back door this summer (June 2024) and they were great to work with! They got the door installed in 1 day and were mindful of our furniture both inside and out! Our old door frame was rotted so they took time and care to make sure all that rot was gone and the new door would be nice and sealed! I had STL Windows install a new patio door for my walk out basement and they did a fantastic job! The price was right and they got the job done in one day. It has made a huge difference in my basement temperature. My installer was very personable and went the extra mile to ensure the door was perfect. Can’t say enough great things about STL Windows Direct!  They replaced 2 doors on my house and 1 leading into the garage.  I also replaced a bathroom window.  Everything was easy from start to finish.  Dan B was my dealer and was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with my questions and deciding on the window style, and style/color of door & door accessories.  Financing process was very easy and quick.  Tom L did the installation and he was professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with everything. He also took pity on me and installed a new Ring doorbell/camera for me.  I am so pleased with everything!! Will be hiring them again to replace some siding areas on my brick home.
